RipLoaf: This New Music Video Is The Revival Of Lost Sounds.

public.jpeg

RipLoaf recently dropped a new video for his song entitled “Lemonade”. It features a nice guitar melody with trap style drums over top. You are drowned in culture from Loaf’s FTP clothing to the sound and esthetic of classic bones and Lil Peep songs. RipLoaf is riding a wave that has been in the shadows for a few years now. The mix between punk and trap and a seemingness easy collaboration as we’ve seen many in the past have big success from it. We are excited to see how far RipLoaf can take his drug influenced bars and his grimy esthetic. We see a bright future for him because this music took a huge backseat after Peep’s death, leaving everyone wanting more. The closest thing we have to this sound in the modern day is the likes of NASCAR Aloe and company. Not too many people now are bold enough to adopt this sound or culture and we’re happy to finally say someone is. Check out this new video from RipLoaf and show him some love. We happy to have come in contact with this talent.

Wavele$$: The FRUSTRATIONS Of Everyday Life.

Wavele$$ was born and raised in upstate New York. He’s been producing music since age 14. He started with collaborating with Eccentric Ren & Whyae. Expanding even more and working with many more artists. Now 21, Wavele$$ has begun to really focus on his future with music. His sound is molded around his frustrations with the modern world and how he thinks of it. He released a tape earlier this year but his best creation in his eyes is his newest tape. “Now More Than Ever” is his best attempt at creating his sound and adding diversity and lyricism while still keeping a cohesive sound. Wavele$$ has a great indie sound that reminds me a lot of early odd future productions. His tape is more than worth the time. Check him out now and keep up with him. His future is looking bright and progressive. His newest tape “NOWMORETHANEVER” is coming out this Friday!

Cking: Back After A 9 Month Hiatus With Some Serious Heat.

public.jpeg

Cking is anything but a stranger to the Australian hip hop scene. The MC is back from his 9 month hiatus to bring you his latest, heavy emotive release, “OVERTIME”. This project follows the narrative of Cking’s heavy work load as he just recently co-founded his own audio and visual company, “Black Ace Studios”. Cking spent time supporting a collaborating with established artists and now he’s back to focus on his own path. “OVERTIME” is the start of something beautiful and heavy. The sound has a great mix between hip hop and early punk music that you would hear from bands like, “The Story So Far”. Cking gets emotional about many different things going on around him such as losing loved ones and having to work for the future he wants. The instrumentals are hard and give a big band to Cking’s seamless lines and punches. Cking proves with this list of tracks that he is no joke and he understands how to write a top of the line rap song. Check it out right now. It’s for anyone going through anything.

rahim the moonlight: A Collection Of Vibes.

Rahim is a 20 year old artist creating Lo-Fi inspired R&B tracks. While explaining himself Rahim referred to himself as the “gayest transgender boy to ever exist”. He creates for all the boys just like him. It’s okay to fall in love with the boys that are afraid of he part of themselves you bring out. It’s not your job to keep a secret and it’s not your job to be there for the boys that don’t wanna see you until there’s no one there. Be proud of the person you are and don’t anyone ever take that from you. This new EP entitled, “A Collection Of Vibes” is much less a Mixtape and more the diaries for the broken. With big breaks for knowledge to be said rather than big catchy lines and flashy production. Rahim opens up to anyone that happens to be listening. The emotion pouring out of this collection of songs is very powerful. Rahim shows his ability not only to create a cool and unique song but, his ability to be transparent and translate his feelings into lyrics. To anyone feeling anything, this tape is for you.
